The Stamp River is one of the most consistent steelhead producing rivers in BC for both winter and summer run fish. Winter run steelhead typically arrive late November and continue into April.

The Stamp River has a very successful hatchery steelhead program While it is one of the only places in BC where you can still retain a hatchery steelhead, most anglers still prefer to catch and release. We use our jet boat on the river as we find this is the best way to access this incredible world class fishery.
