GETTING HERE GETTING HERE Most visitors get to Kyuquot Sound by driving to Fair Harbour, which is 72 km from the turnoff on Highway 19. It winds past Zeballos through some very scenic country where you may encounter black bear, black-tail deer, cougar and Roosevelt elk along the way. Give yourself 1hr and 45 min and keep an eye out for Mason Falls, 15 km before Zeballos. Travel Links:

Kyuquot Sound is accessible only by air or water. It is located on the west coast of Vancouver Island, south of Brooks Peninsula and north of Nootka Island. The only road access to Kyuquot Sound is at Fair Harbour which has a government dock, a fuel dock, unpaved boat launch ramp, a recreational forestry site, ample parking for vehicles and a small convenience store. We offer reserved parking for our guests.
